Discrimination!Are we really living in 21st Century and advanced race of Human beings?

One of the serious issues that I am concerned of is the government fee for a job application. In my opinion it should be equal for all of us. I know that some people would not agree on this. But if we are talking about equal rights then where am I wrong? Our Nation is World’s LARGEST DEMOCRACY!! What is democracy? All citizens have equal access to power and enjoy universally recognized freedoms and liberties. Where is the EQUALITY? Where does this discrimination come from? I think it’s only been us who did this. Who is suffering today? WE are!! Why did we create it at first place? Someone created this between us and someone else is ruling us, and here we stand looking each other helpless. Why are we helpless? No we are not. All of you must have heard the saying UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL and in simple words we are not united as of today. I remember my school days, me and my friends used to sit together in class share lunch. We were taught same lessons, everything was same. Then why do we have this discrimination of General, OBC, ST and SC today?

Every time when we fill the government job application, there is DD or computerized receipt tells you about the fee to register for that particular job. I found out the fee structure for one job application, for instance Bank PO and the fee structure is like this

General 400/-
OBC 400/-
Sc 50/-
ST 50/-
Physically Challenged 50/-

As you see the table above, you will find that general and OBC category are paying 8 times of the fee compared to other categories on the list. My point is why we have to pay more fees. It is all about competition. When we never had any discrimination while studying then why here? When we never had any discrimination among us then why government is introducing it between us?

I want us to be together against this discrimination which is making our community selfish and far from each other.
